About
Project Angel Bags is our yearly community service project. For Project Angel Bags, we donate feminine hygiene projects in care packages, or "angel bags," to local women's shelters.
Our Mission
The Alliance for Equality is a firm advocate for menstrual equity. Nearly 22 million women living in poverty in the US cannot afford menstrual hygiene products, which is about 13% of the US female population- these numbers don't lie. With Project Angel Bags, we hope to aid our local women who are dealing with this issue and continue combatting period poverty.
Vision
Each year, our goal is to donate at least 50 Angel Bags to a local women's shelter. With your help, we can reach this goal and move one step closer to menstrual equity!
